Are you passionate about beauty, social media, and customer service? Do you love helping people find the perfect products while staying up to date with the latest beauty trends?
What You’ll Do:
Provide expert beauty advice and assist customers in selecting the best products.
Deliver top-notch customer service, creating a warm and welcoming showroom atmosphere.
Keep product displays visually appealing and fully stocked.
Share insights on Korean beauty trends—or be eager to learn and grow your expertise!
Support sales by guiding customers through their purchasing decisions.
Handle transactions and ensure a smooth checkout experience.
Create content for GlowStation’s Instagram – share updates on new products, brands, promotions, and beauty tips to engage our online audience.
Stay informed about beauty trends and contribute ideas for marketing and promotional activities.
Who are you?
What We’re Looking For:
Passion for beauty, cosmetics, and customer service.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Sales-driven mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Creativity and enthusiasm for Instagram and social media marketing.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including weekends and holidays.
Previous experience in retail, customer service, or content creation is a plus, but not required – we’ll train you!
